Headquartered in Austin, Texas, Rosalie Keszler Consultants provides commercial real estate consulting and due diligence services and reporting for commercial real estate investors and developers. Principal Rosalie G. Keszler, CCIM, provides over 30 years of experience in commercial real estate including acquisitions and disposition, property and asset management, marketing and PR, and financial and investment analysis. Rosalie specializes in retail leasing.
In 2014, Rosalie joined World Class Capital Group and is now serving as Vice President, Retail Leasing, providing lease strategies for a portfolio of ~3 million square feet of retail portfolio, as well as Asset Management services. Former consulting partnerships include Castlebridge Capital, providing special opportunity debt, mezzanine and preferred equity for refinancing, acquisition & repositioning of commercial real estate projects, and BlueWater Systems, a public/ private company that serves as a water source supplying water to the Central Texas region. Rosalie previously served as real estate advisor to The Stone Group Commercial Real Estate of Austin, TX, and as Underwriting Manager for JLM Financial Investments, acquiring distressed loans and real estate across the US. Additional relationships include Dunhill Partners, Dallas, TX, The Shopoff Group, Inc., Irvine, CA, and Kingbridge Capital, Austin, TX, originating and managing debt and equity investments for value-added commercial real estate acquisitions of existing and/or development projects in the USA. She was a Contributing Editor-Austin for REDNews Commercial Real Estate Magazine. Much of Rosalie’s work is attributed to these strong, long-term business relationships.
Prior to forming her own company, Rosalie was an Associate with Torreón Capital, a joint venture equity provider, performing financial and real estate analyses and underwriting for its equity investments. Before joining Torreón Capital, she was an Asset Manager and Marketing Director with Eastbridge Partners (formerly Asset Recovery Fund) managing a portfolio of over 2 million square feet of retail, multifamily, industrial, and special use assets located all across the United States including Hawaii. Distressed assets were acquired, repositioned and sold.
Rosalie is a licensed real estate salesperson in the State of Texas. She holds the prestigious CCIM designation and is a member of the Central Texas CCIM chapter and past Charitable Giving Chair. She was the 2011 President for CREW Austin, the Austin chapter of CREW Network, having served as a director for 5 years and PR Committee chair for many more. She is also a member of ICSC and the National Association of REALTORS®. She was the recipient of the Austin Business Journal’s 2011 Profile in Power – Women of Influence award.
Rosalie and her husband, David, reside in Austin and have two children, daughter Tiffany and son Shelby. She has served as the Corporate Giving Chair for the Plains Region/Austin chapter of the American Lung Association, volunteers for Meals on Wheels and More, and is a contributing member of Surfrider Association and the Sierra Club. She and her family love animals and are active animal advocates, having opened up their home to many pets in need over the years. She loves telling stories and speaking in front of crowds, enjoys tennis, golf, boating, art and music, and driving fast.
